With over 14 years in development and construction in the Southeast, Nathan joined Solution Property in January 2006 as the Senior Development Manager.  He was most recently the Vice President of Raco General Contractors in Atlanta, where he directed all construction operations in Georgia, Alabama and Florida.

Nathan’s broad range of construction experience includes multi-story office buildings, medical facilities, bulk distribution facilities and multi-tenant flex warehouse space.  Former employment positions include Pre-Construction Manager and Project Management for Duke Realty and Weeks Construction Services.

Nathan received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Construction from the Southern College of Technology in Georgia.  His significant projects include:
